The Drum n Bass 60/15 Interval Matrix is a 5 round workout, each round has 5 x 60 second work periods with 15 seconds rest between each work period. 30 seconds rest is given between each of the 5 rounds.
The Electro 60/15 Interval Matrix is a 5 round workout, each round has 5 x 60 second work periods with 15 seconds rest between each work period. 30 seconds rest is given between each of the 5 rounds.
