Very popular in the Crossfit world, here with have the On The Minute Every Minute Workout 3. This track has 3 x 10 minute rounds with 60 seconds rest in between.

There are many ways you can use this track, the most popular one of which is to set a number of exercises, a number of reps for each exercise and then every time the boxing bell sounds the exercises are performed. The faster they are completed the nore rest you get!

Track structure is as follows:

Round 1

10 minutes, every 60 seconds you will hear a boxing bell.

60 seconds rest

Round 2

10 minutes, every 60 seconds you will hear a boxing bell.

60 seconds rest

Round 3

10 minutes, every 60 seconds you will hear a boxing bell.

5 minute cool down.
