All of the Boxing Workout Tracks follow the traditional 3 minutes rounds with a 60 second rest period, there are a total of 6 rounds.
There are voice over cues to notifies you when 1 and 2 minutes have gone with an end of round count after 3 minutes. Following that a 60 second count down rest period is given, notifying you when 45, 30 and 15 seconds are left.
Sample Set up -
60 seconds – 1 minute gone voice over
120 seconds – 2 minutes gone voice over
180 seconds – end of round 1 voice over
60 seconds rest, 45 seconds left, 30 seconds left, 15 seconds left, 4, 3, 2, 1 voice overs
Round 2 to 6 set up the same to complete the 6 round workout.
