The VIIT Workout 7 track mixes up some shorter pyramid style intervals with some longer 40, 50 & 60 second work periods. This allows for the workout to follow some high, moderate and low intensity exercises. This is know as Variable Intensity Interval Training (VIIT)

Setup

Round 1 – Warm UP
15 second pyramid builds up from 1 to 5

Round 2 – Warm UP
15 second pyramid builds up from 1 to 5

Round 3 – Main Session
40 work / 15 rest x 5

Round 4
50 work / 15 rest x 5

Round 5
60 work / 15 rest x 5

Round 6
50 work / 15 rest x5

Round 7
40 work / 15 rest x 5

Round 8 - Finisher
20 work / 10 rest x 12

Cool Down
5 minutes

Workout Duration is 49 minutes, perfect for a 60 minute workout allows 10 minutes for setup and/or mobility drills.
