The Tabata Workouts comprise of 8 sets of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest, this makes up a 4 minute round of high intensity interval training.
20 – 10 seconds rest x 8
Rounds 1 to 3 have 30 seconds rest between them
Round 4 has 60 seconds rest
Rounds 5 to 8 repeat the 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for a total of 8 rounds in the Tabata Matrix workout.
