CHAOS WORKOUT 1

The Chaos Workout Track is a series of mini ascending working periods that build up and come down. The work and rest periods are 15 seconds and the total rounds build up to 6 to complete 1 round, there are 3 rounds in total with a 30 second rest between each round. Round 4 goes once through each exercise for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.

Setup:

15 – 15 seconds rest

15/15 – 15 seconds rest

15/15/15 – 15 seconds rest

15/15/15 – 15 seconds rest

15/15 – 15 seconds rest

15 – End of round 1, 30 seconds rest.

Rounds 1 to 3 set up as above, following these 3 rounds the 4th and final round goes once through each of the 9 exercises for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds second to complete the Chaos Matrix workout.

 

Ideal Use - Boot camps, circuits, personal training sessions, individual workouts, group workouts, home workouts plus any other way your imagination takes you!
