The Ascending Workout Track uses a pyramid structure, this builds up so that the workout gradually gets longer and longer. 

There are a total of 6 rounds for the first half of the workout, these build up to a total of 3 minutes work. Then after 90 seconds recovery the struture if flipped on its head and it works back down.

Sample setup:
