The Drum n Bass 40/15 Intervals Matrix is a 5 round workout, each round has 5 x 40 second work periods with 15 seconds rest between each work period.
The Drum n Bass 50/15 Interval Matrix is a 5 round workout, each round has 5 x 50 second work periods with 15 seconds rest between each work period. 30 seconds rest is given between each of the 5 rounds.
